In plain language: what Bibi collects, who sees it, and the ground rules. This is a plain-language draft, not legal advice.
What Bibi collects
Your Google account name, email address and profile photo when you sign in. The commitments you create, the messages in your chats, and the proof videos you record. Your notification preference is stored on your phone.
How it is used
To run your challenges: showing your first name and photo to the friends in your chats, delivering messages, letting a reviewer check proof videos, and sending you check reminders.
Who can see what
Friends in a chat see your first name, photo and messages in that chat. Your last name is never shown to others. Proof videos are private: only you and the reviewer can watch them. We do not sell your data.
AI features
Bibi and the agents use an AI service to write messages and proof prompts. To do that, text such as the name of your activity, your first name and the last few lines of a chat is sent to that service. Your videos, photos, email address and password are never sent to it.
Where your data lives
Your account, chats and files are stored with our hosting provider, Supabase. Sign-in is handled by Google, so Bibi never sees or stores a password.
Your choices
You can edit your name and photo any time from Profile. You can turn reminders off in Notifications. You can delete your account in the app: this permanently removes your account, your proof videos and your photo, deletes the commitments you started, and removes you from other people's chats.
Age
Bibi is not for children under 13.
Terms of use
Be respectful in chats and only record proof of your own activity. The stake in a commitment is only tracked inside the app: no money moves. Reviewers decide whether a proof passes. Content that is illegal or harmful may be removed, and accounts that abuse Bibi may be closed. Bibi is provided as it is, without guarantees.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.
